XINPUGUANG offers a wide range of shipping options to every country, and most of them offer free shipping services. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email, and after your order has been shipped, you will receive another email. The second one will contain tracking information and some instructions on how to track your package. If there is a problem with the product before it is shipped, we will notify you by email.
Order Processing
Orders are normally processed in 1-3 days, depending on the availability of stock, after product quality checks, packaging, etc. In the case of insufficient stock, it can take 3-5 days.
Shipping time
Orders shipped from warehouses in the USA, EU countries, UK, Canada, Japan, etc. are normally delivered in 5-15 days depending on the distance and country, we guarantee delivery in 30 days. All items sold at XINPUGUANG are guaranteed to be delivered within 60 days.
In case of delivery within the time frame, we open an investigation to confirm that the package cannot be delivered, we will refund the full amount.
In order for the package to be delivered smoothly, all orders must have a valid street address and a valid address. Expedited orders cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Once a package has been shipped, the shipment cannot be rescheduled. Depending on your order, your purchase may be delivered in multiple packages.

We understand that often professional installation is desired. However, we strongly suggest that you wait until you have received and verified the condition of your order before scheduling any work to commence with your new Renogy products. While we strive to provide the best quality products and expect a high level of service from our third-party carriers, we recognize that at times a product or particular delivery method does not meet our standards or quoted delivery date. Due to unforeseen issues potentially occurring, we strongly suggest that you wait until you receive and verify your products as we cannot be held responsible for delays in scheduled work.

Business days do not include Saturday/Sunday and any public holidays. These estimates are based on normal circumstances and are not a guarantee of delivery times.
